YOUR Happiness is our goal.  

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the order by sending us an email on the Contact Us page and a Happiness Representative will be in contact with you within 24 hours.  Please provide your order number, the issue at hand and a contact phone number & email address.  We will do our best to resolve the matter for your customer Happiness.

Should the resolution require you to return the product, for refund or exchange, your Happiness Representative will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization# (Return Authorization#) via email.  Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Petal Radiance.
Items must be returned with the authorized Return Authorization# number clearly marked on the outside of the package & inside the package, a copy of the resolution email provided to you by a Happiness Representative.

Mail the product with an UPS or USPS tracking number to HQ at Petal Radiance Skincare, LLC, 626C Admiral Drive, #239, Annapolis, MD 21401 and we will either give you a credit or return the cost of the product at the purchase price with the method of purchase.

Note: Returns sent to us without an Return Authorization# will not be accepted.
